01 / Processing Partner Framework

Capability is governed through a controlled partner interface.

PMCS-MD-016 frames KU Beef as a potential contract slaughtering and processing partner, pending due diligence and route-specific verification. The intended structure assigns physical processing to the partner while retaining specification, traceability, QA and document controls within the PMCS operating pathway.

02 / Slaughter & Processing Controls

The controlled batch follows a defined specification and sequence.

The SOP framework connects pre-slaughter review, batch assignment, identity checks, segregation, slaughter and processing observations, temperature controls, packing records and output reconciliation.

    Review approved inputs, specification, batch identity, roles and required documents before activity begins.

    In-process Control

    Observe segregation, product handling, process conditions and deviations against the batch plan.

03 / Halal & Veterinary Interfaces

Evidence must match the actual product, facility, batch and destination.

Halal and veterinary interfaces are route-specific evidence pathways. The existence of a certificate or facility capability does not establish acceptance for every product or GCC country.

    Confirm the required veterinary or health certificate format and issuing route for the destination.

04 / Batch & Product Control

Release depends on a complete and consistent batch file.

A controlled product outcome requires specification review, identity continuity, quantity reconciliation, packing and cold-chain records, deviation handling and a documented hold or release decision.

    Check cut, trim, pack, label, chilled or frozen condition and other confirmed requirements.

    Batch File

    Assemble processing, QA, traceability, packing, temperature and certificate evidence.
